Registration
Registration forms sent or postmarked up to February 28^th, 2011 will be accepted for pre-registration. After this date, registration will be available exclusively on site at the Congress Venue. On receipt of payment, your registration will be acknowledged in writing by the Organizing Secretariat.

Fees are quoted in Euros. Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.
On-line registrations will stop on February 28^th, 2011; after this date, only paper registration will be admitted.

REGULAR PARTICIPANTS registration fees include:

• Final Program
• Congress bag
• Access to Scientific program
• Access to Satellite Symposia (according to availability)
• Access to Exhibition area
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail (according to availability)
• Certificate of attendance

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS registration fees include:

• Name badge
• Final Program
• Access to Exhibition area
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail (according to availability)
• 1 City Sightseeing tour

Please note that availability of all congress material for persons registering on-site cannot be guaranteed.

Please be informed that the Opening Ceremony is available for a restricted number of participants. The Organizing Secretariat will acknowledge the participation in the confirmation letter, accordingly to the arrival order of the registrations.

Cancellation and refund policy
Requests of cancellation will be accepted on writing to the Organizing Secretariat within January 1^st, 2011; an administrative fee of 50,00 Euros per person will be charged. After this deadline, no refund will be provided.
On site new registration does not necessary entitle the participants to receive all Congress material, that will be available in limited quantity.
